History

Karluf Hagen established Innovar Engineering AS in 2000 with the basis in a list of ideas for new and improved products. These ideas derived from a long career with both service and operating companies of the oil industry.

In 2005, all activity was moved into Innovar Solutions AS to meet customer demands, growth and organizational challenges. All service and sales activity are handled by Innovar Solutions AS.

Innovar Solutions Middle East FZCO (ISME) is a JV between Innovar Solutions AS (Norway) and Habu Holding AS (Norway), a private investment company focusing on the energy sector. ISME is a Dubai registered company located in Jebal Ali Freezone, Dubai, UAE.

January 2018, is a landmark date for ISME, as we first opened for business. ISME now delivers equipment to all countries in the GCC, and we have a large selection of equipment located at our bases in Jebal Ali (Dubai), Erbil (Kurdistan), and Dammam (Saudi Arabia).

ISME has rapidly grown the Innovar brand name and reputation in the region, and persistently delivers the best magnet technology in the market helping our clients reduce non-productive time, improve efficiency and reduce cost with our best in class service and industry-leading technology.

Current Activity

Innovar Solutions provides a significant amount of fishing and wellbore cleaning equipment to the North Sea market.

Funds are re-invested in product development in order to stay ahead of technology advancements.

Future

Innovar Solutions will develop business by providing our established products in the global marketplace outside Norway. The development of new solutions and products will continue.

We will with an open mind seek partnership with other oil service companies, in order to facilitate the distribution and marketing of our products.
